Mountain Valley Airport in Tehachapi is frequently our spring trip on Memorial Day weekend. MVA is a great gliderport, whose runway, operating procedures, and weather conditions are somewhat different from those at Hemet-Ryan. It's a very good place for students to broaden their horizons, under the supervision of our CFI's.
